RETURN POLICY
ArtonBeads commits to provide amazing prices to our customers. This commitment cannot be made possible without the joint efforts of our valued customers and dedicated staff. While our staff takes great care when fulfilling your orders, it is essential that our customers make careful decisions when placing the orders. Also, by streamlining the shipping and return procedures, errors are cut to minimal. As a result, our customers enjoy prompt delivery and of course most importantly, great prices!
Since all sales are final, your careful selection and checking before order confirmation is critical. Here are some key reminders:
- Each computers setting displays colours differently from others. As a result, the colour shown on your monitor may vary slightly from the actual product. Therefore we will not be able to guarantee the colour you see on your monitor is going to be exactly the same as what you receive.
- Each customers colour perception can also vary. For instance, a customers perception of dark purple can be very different from that of another customer.
- Natural gems such as pearls and semi-precious stones are unique on their own. Each bead or strand is individual and carries its own characteristics. For example, pearls in a pearl strand can be of slightly varying colours and carry unique marks. Please also keep in mind that the prices reflect the overall quality of the natural gems. A pearl strand of Grade B quality will cost more than that of Grade C quality.
- All customers would wish to receive products that are clean and new. Therefore, all findings such as ear wires and clasps are not returnable.
- If you have any questions on your received shipment, please email us at contact@artonbeads.net providing your name, phone number, email address, postal address and order/receipt number. Only under extremely special circumstances will returns be accepted. The returns MUST BE accompanied by a valid authorization code, obtainable from our representative after mutual agreement. Also note the returns must be in their original packaging remaining unopened and intact. Partial returns will not be accepted. The return shipping cost will be the sole responsibility of the customer.
